Well, it's taken a very long time, but we have now gone vegetarian.  It was a little scary at first, wondering what all this new food was going to taste like, but WOW, we are impressed.  Losing weight easily, seriously without even trying, and looking forward to continued weight loss, feeling better and having more energy.  Ted Dansen was on Ellen this morning and mentioned that he has now been VEGAN for several months and his energy went up hugely.  Apparently his role on CSI was exhausting him.  Pretty impressive that he went a healthy route rather than to drugs. 10 stars to TED.
