About Us
Karen Belshaw was born in St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver, B.C. Raised in Salmon Arm she later moved to the Okanagan. Since the early 1970’s, Karen’s life has been devoted to seeking knowledge in health and healing. She opened up her first College and holistic practice; The Nutherapy Institute of Natural Healing in 1987, while living and continuing her studies in Kitchener, Ontario. Moving back to the Okanagan in 1989, she re-opened her practice in Lake Country and began teaching classes, while raising her children. In 1991 she changed the business name to The Masters College of Holistic Studies. Her message is that she wants to teach and produce the very best, MASTERS, in the holistic healing field. Karen holds multiple certificates in the holistic field. Her specialties are in Reflexology, Acupressure, Reiki, Massage and many others. Currently Karen is completing two Doctorate degrees in Metaphysical Studies. She and her husband Jim, live in downtown Kelowna. The basis of all healing begins with Acupressure, Reiki & Reflexology
In all formats of healing, I have found that I am using specific points, reflex stimulation points, pulse, or energy to produce the desired results. The basis of these forms of healing can be found in Acupressure, Reiki and Reflexology. When asked, “What classes should I take to get into business?” I recommend these three classes. No matter what you may learn in the future, as a student or practitioner, these basics will help you understand any other modality easier and quicker than someone without these skills. We look forward to seeing you in these and other classes. Karen Belshaw Masters College of Holistic Studies 439 Valley Road Kelowna, B.C. V1V 2E5 250 826-5777 http://www.mchskelowna.com/ |
