Pumpkin reveals younger skin!
This veggie is chock-full of antioxidants and acids that slough away dead skin. it also helps your skin retain moisture. So sweep on a pumpkin mask.
Recipe:
1/4 canned pumpkin puree
2 Tbs vanilla yogurt
1 Tbs honey
Mix all the ingredients until smooth and place in a re-closable container. Smooth over your clean damp face, avoiding eyes and mouth. Relax for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. keeps for two weeks in the fridge.

Apples are packed with malic acids that gently and instantly brighten your skin tone. Exfoliating with an apple-infused face scrub will even out your complexion and get your skin glowing.

2 Tbs rolled oats
2 Tbs natural applesauce
1 1/2 tsp cornmeal
1 tsp almond oil
Place the ingredients in a food processor and blend until a paste forms. Massage gently over clean damp skin with circular motions. Rinse and pat dry. yields one application.
